Party Deposit & Refund Policy: A deposit of 25% of the cost of the entire party package is due upon booking. Events will not be booked without a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable; but we offer the ability to reschedule one time free of charge and each additional reschedule with a fee of $25. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.
Your final party balance must be paid before the start of the party in order to be granted access to your party room/table.
If paying final party balance via credit card, you must show ID that matches the name on the credit card. For your security, cards will not be charged without ID.
Guests who do not attend on the date of the event do not constitute a refund of any kind.

What is the cancellation policy? Your purchase is non-refundable. Rescheduling can be done 24 hours in advance. If you would like to book a room with but pay with different credit cards you will need to call us directly and have us book the room for you.
