Payments & Security Deposit for Party Rooms

• Party Deposit & Refund Policy: A deposit of 25% of the cost of the entire party package is due upon booking.  Events will not be booked without a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable; but we offer the ability to reschedule one time free of charge and each additional reschedule with a fee of $25. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.
• Your final party balance must be paid before the start of the party in order to be granted access to your party room/table.
  If paying final party balance via credit card, you must show ID that matches the name on the credit card. For your security, cards will not be charged without ID.
• Guests who do not attend on the date of the event do not constitute a refund of any kind.
• $ 10 Dollars fee for non-party participants.

• What is the cancellation policy? Your purchase is non-refundable. Rescheduling can be done 24 hours in advance. To reschedule, you may log into your account if you created one at checkout or you may contact us at (415) 858-9770  or email us at: firstempirexxi@gmail.com  No cancellations accepted.
•  If you would like to book a room with but pay with different credit cards you will need to call us directly and have us book the room for you.

At First Empire Escape Rooms, our Private Experience option is more than simply reserving a room for a certain number of guests. It is a reservation type that guarantees exclusive use of the escape room for your group, along with additional flexibility and accommodations throughout your experience.

When you select a Private Experience, the room is reserved exclusively for your group. This means that no additional guests outside of your party will be added to your experience.

This reservation option is designed for groups who want a more private, flexible, and personalized experience.

Private Experience reservations also allow our team additional flexibility during the experience. When appropriate, our team may provide up to 30 additional minutes in the room to give your group extra time to complete the experience and successfully escape.

Additional time is offered at the discretion of First Empire Escape Rooms and may depend on scheduling, room availability, and operational circumstances. While we are committed to helping your group have the best possible experience, additional time is not an absolute guarantee of escape or completion.

The Private Experience option is not determined solely by the number of guests in your group.

Choosing a private experience means your group is purchasing the exclusive use of the room, together with the additional flexibility and accommodations associated with that reservation type.

A smaller group does not automatically receive a private experience unless the Private Experience option has been selected when booking.

Once First Empire Escape Rooms has provided the booked experience, no refunds will be issued.

This includes situations in which a group does not successfully complete or escape the room. Escape rooms are interactive experiences, and successful completion is not guaranteed. The purchase is for the experience itself, not a guaranteed successful escape.

Selecting a Private Experience does not change this refund policy. The private reservation provides exclusive use of the room and additional flexibility, but it does not guarantee that your group will successfully escape.

By booking a Private Experience, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
