Payments & Security Deposit for Party Rooms
- Party Deposit & Refund Policy: A deposit of 25% of the cost of the entire party package is due upon booking. Events will not be booked without a deposit. The deposit is non-refundable; but we offer the ability to reschedule one time free of charge and each additional reschedule with a fee of $25. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.
- Your final party balance must be paid before the start of the party in order to be granted access to your party room/table.
If paying final party balance via credit card, you must show ID that matches the name on the credit card. For your security, cards will not be charged without ID.
- Guests who do not attend on the date of the event do not constitute a refund of any kind.
- $ 10 Dollars fee for non-party participants.

- What is the cancellation policy? Your purchase is non-refundable. Rescheduling can be done 24 hours in advance. To reschedule, you may log into your account if you created one at checkout or you may contact us at (415) 858-9770 or email us at: firstempirexxi@gmail.com No cancellations accepted.
- If you would like to book a room with but pay with different credit cards you will need to call us directly and have us book the room for you.
